On
February 12, 2002 the opening ceremony of the Time-Eye of Dubai took place
at the Zayed University Dubai.

His

and Scientific Research as well as President of the ZU (right) and Vice

of Egypt in Dubai and numerous guests of honour underlined the importance
of this event.

Provost
Dr. Dell Felder, MC of the event, welcomed all the guests and introduced
Hofstetter Kurt and his Sunpendulum project.

Excellency, who has the patronage on the Time-Eye of Dubai, and Dr. Nikolaus

plaque will be mounted near the entrance to the ZU library, where the Time-Eye
of Dubai has been installed.
