Finally the twelfth Time-Eye was installed at Majuro on the roof of the
College of the Marshall Islands - CMI / Republic of the Marshall Islands. On August 24th, 2006 the Closing of the Circle was inaugurated by a Sunpendulum press conference and celebrated by a great Sunpendulum reception at CMI - Uliga Campus
The Time-Eye
is directed
to the east to capture the sunlight from the sky over Majuro / RMI -
in the middle of the pacific ocean over the atolls named ratak chain- meaning "sunrise" chain.
